By registering for and participating in Barcelona Games, I confirm that:

• I am at least 18 years old and I am registering for myself.
• I am participating voluntarily in a social outdoor sports event involving physical activity on sand and near a beach environment.
• I understand that participation may involve normal sporting risks, including running on uneven sand, falling, slipping, collisions, contact with sports equipment, muscle strains, fatigue, dehydration, sun exposure and heat-related discomfort or injury.
• I confirm that I am physically able to participate safely and will not take part if I am injured, unwell, intoxicated or otherwise unable to participate safely.
• I agree to follow the organiser's safety instructions, respect other participants and members of the public, and avoid reckless or dangerous behaviour.
• I knowingly accept the ordinary and inherent risks associated with voluntarily participating in these recreational sports activities.
• I remain responsible for my personal belongings during the event.
• In the event of an accident or medical emergency, I authorise the organiser to contact emergency services and provide reasonable assistance.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law, including responsibility arising from negligent or intentional acts or omissions by the organiser.

By accepting these terms during registration, I confirm that I have read, understood and accepted this Participation Terms & Risk Acknowledgement.
