Photos and videos may be taken during Barcelona Games for event communication and promotional purposes, including publication on the Barcelona Games website and social media channels.

During registration, each participant may choose whether they consent to appearing in identifiable photographs or videos used for these purposes.

• Selecting Yes means the participant consents to the capture and promotional use of their image as described above, without compensation.
• Selecting No means the participant does not consent to being intentionally featured in identifiable promotional photographs or videos.

Choosing not to consent does not affect the participant's ability to attend or participate in Barcelona Games.

A participant may withdraw consent for future uses by contacting the organiser.
